Art director, graphic
designer, photographer,
filmmaker, writer.

I'm a Creative Director, Graphic Designer, and Photographer with 30 years of experience creating bold, effective design and photography for both national brands and local businesses.
I founded AdGumbo in 2006 to give small and medium-sized businesses access to the same level of professional creative — without the big-agency prices.
I believe good design should be both beautiful and smart. Every project gets my full attention, whether it's a complete brand refresh, advertising campaign, or custom photography.
If you're looking for a reliable creative partner who actually cares about your success, I'd love to talk.

Sixty-Five Days
Matt created the short film Sixty-Five Days, which was a finalist at the Atlanta Film Festival. A beautiful short film set to John Orr's rendition of "Muzzle" by Smashing Pumpkins.
It's a healing-through-art piece that explores the vulnerable spectrum of hopelessness to hope. This was my journey during my wife's sixty-five-day hospital stay. I grappled with the fear of losing my soulmate while simultaneously cherishing the good times we had, all while worrying about the future. Amidst this uncertainty, I discovered the inner strength to step up and learn how to care for her twenty-four hours a day for the next two and a half years. Mechanical music license owned.
